Craig and I had an absolutely amazing wedding and couldn't have even imagined anything better, plus the weather was just stunning!

We can't thank everyone at Mantra enough (from front desk right through to housekeepers). Mantra is a beautiful resort, Jolene was absolutely lovely and very helpful, food was amazing and wait staff were very professional. Our guests can't stop talking about how smoothly everything went and had great compliments throughout the night about the service, food and staff. One table were particularly impressed by their waiter Danny, as he remembered every single one of their names and addressed them all night like that - so they were extremely chuffed.

As you know majority of our guests were from NZ or overseas and they absolutely loved the whole Mantra experience that they are now wanting to come back for a holiday and stay particularly at Mantra Salt (including the locals!).

We'll definitely be recommending Mantra on Salt to everyone!

We had the most perfect day, it was more than we ever could’ve hoped for!!! Thank you so much for all of your help Louise, you are a gem! We have had so many people compliment us on our choice of wedding venue because not only is it so beautiful at Peppers but all of the staff throughout the resort were so welcoming which meant that all of our guests had a wonderful weekend.

All of the function staff on the night were just wonderful, everyone was really helpful, so pass on our thank you to them also. Thanks so much again for all of your help.

Our wedding was so fantastic!! We had a ball and the feedback from our guests was overwhelming. The gardens where we had the ceremony made the most beautiful pictures (and memories). All our guests commented on how great it was to enjoy drinks by the pool whilst it was still daylight and then move into the function room for dinner and dancing.

Just perfect!!

The food was amazing and really catered particularly well to my guests with allergies and special needs. Louise, Robert and the very friendly and efficient staff, ran the function extremely well and allowed Zayne and I to totally relax and simply enjoy ourselves.

We would highly recommend Mantra to anyone as we had the perfect day.

Everything on the night was just perfect. If we were to do it all over again we would not change a thing! The staff were absolutely great. We had a lot of comments from our guests about how friendly the staff were on the night as well as throughout the weekend. They were very accommodating and always had a smile. They really looked after us on the Sunday too when we gathered around the pool area and had the cake served.

We've also had fantastic feedback on the food (both the canapes and meal served during the reception), everyone thought it was delicious (commenting that it was restaurant quality) and there was certainly enough of it.

So a big thank you again for all your help on the day and of course leading up to it. We will definitely recommend Peppers Salt Resort & Spa to all our friends (for holidays and if they're planning a wedding!).

Thank you for all your help in arranging our wedding ceremony at Peppers Salt Resort & Spa. We had an absolutely fantastic day and we (and all our guests) enjoyed our stay immensely. Not having visited the area or the resort before, you were our “eyes” and made planning a wedding from a distance very easy. We were not disappointed.

The Peppers Salt Resort & Spa and Kingscliff Beach are just stunning areas and even though we couldn’t hold our ceremony on the beach as we had wanted (due to weather) we instantly fell in love with the Contemplation Pond area that you suggested.

All of our guests commented on how fantastic the wedding dinner was and we wanted to thank Jay and all the staff at Roughies Restaurant, as they did a wonderful job. From the ceremony to the reception, we could not have wanted for anything. We hhad dreamed of a relaxing yet stylish wedding with our closest friends and family and we could not have chosen a better place than Peppers Salt Resort & Spa as our dreams came true!

We had a fantastic day and night. All went to plan, a very big thank you for all your work and effort. Apparently all the guests are still talking about the day. I am looking forward to debriefing with friends and family when we get back. You were so right there was plenty of food. The room you had us in for our wedding night was beautiful. Although we didn't notice until the next morning the goodies left in the fridge for us.
